The Gobbler - XL PoulTree Rod (For Turkeys)

Perfectly designed and engineered to roast or smoke the STAR of the show for Thanksgiving and big dinners!

Made of marine grade stainless steel, the shape and size of this XL PoulTree Rod is specifically designed to angle your Turkey for a perfect roast with very moist meat and crispy skin.

Instead of rotating the bird around a heat source, the PoulTree allows for hot air convection currents to rotate around and through the bird similar to an air fryer. This gives your roasted bird an amazing flavor and brown skin on all sides. 

The stainless steel rod is highly corrosive resistant and will not rust. It may get a bit dirty or blacken over-time, but it will be perfectly functional with thousands of uses. It will not bend or distort due to high temperatures. See notes below.

• OPTION Details and Notes for existing skillet owners:
  For boring your own hole in your own cast iron or similar metal skillet with a hole in the handle, choose the metal hole reamer option when adding to the cart. This tool will allow you to widen the hole on an existing iron skillet pan to fit the XL PoulTree Rod into the handle yourself as needed. 
• IMPORTANT: The XL PoulTree Rod is designed to fit in the 13.25" or 15" Lodge Cast Iron skillets handle opening either reamed or drilled to 3/8" diameter so it can fit the PoulTree Rod.
