The PoulTree Chicken Roaster is everything you need to make mouth watering chicken!
The PoulTree Rod slides into the Foot Rest (chicken foot) so your bird hangs at the perfect angle for crispy skin with flavorful and juicy meat.
Use the PoulTree Roaster on the grill, in an oven, in a smoker, or even a large table top oven (like the ANOVA oven).
We recommend you put a skillet, tray or pan (see pictures) between the Foot Rest and the bird so you catch the drippings. Also makes for easy clean-up!
The bundle comes with a marine grade stainless steel PoulTree Rod and the new PoulTree Foot Rest.
Instead of rotating the bird around a heat source, the PoulTree allows for the hot air convection currents to rotate around and through the bird similar to an air fryer. This gives your roasted chicken an amazing flavor and brown skin.
The stainless steel PoulTree is highly corrosive-resistant and will not rust. It may get a bit dirty or blacken over-time, but it will be perfectly functional with thousands of uses. It will not bend or distort due to high temperatures.
Dishwasher safe and stores easily!

Cooked very well
It cooked the best chix ever!. I did it on a gas grill. Put seasoned potatoes under the bird. They were worth fighting over!
Must have bbq chicken/duck. Easy to use and clean. Chicken was tender and juicy
Very versatile chicken roasting device that is great on the grill and the oven. Makes it easy to cook whole chicken again without the mess or fuss.
I make a lemon and garlic whole chicken by sticking lemon zest and grated garlic under the skin and lemon juice with water on the pan to kinda poach it with that smell of lemon . The pan was easier to clean using said product.
That’s worked grate two times so far . Next I will make a duck with orange and ginger plus that garlic under the skin . But duck has much more fat .
So that fat I will use to fry potatoes in. Wish me luck but I bet it will work .
