PoulTree Rod

Perfectly designed and engineered to roast the best tasting chicken you have ever had! Game on!

Made of marine grade stainless steel, the shape and size of the PoulTree Rod are specifically designed to angle your chicken for a perfect roast with very moist meat and crispy skin.

Instead of rotating the bird around a heat source, the PoulTree allows for hot air convection currents to rotate around and through the bird similar to an air fryer. This gives your roasted chicken an amazing flavor and brown skin on all sides. 

The stainless steel rod is highly corrosive resistant and will not rust. It may get a bit dirty or blacken over-time, but it will be perfectly functional with thousands of uses. It will not bend or distort due to high temperatures. See notes below.

* OPTION Details and Notes for existing skillet owners:
For boring your own hole in your own cast iron or similar metal skillet with a hole in the handle, choose the metal hole reamer option when adding to the cart. This tool will allow you to widen the hole on an existing iron skillet pan to fit the PoulTree Rod into the handle yourself as needed. The PoulTree Rod is designed to fit in the 10.25" Lodge Iron skillet opening with the handle opening either reamed or drilled to 3/8" diameter so it can fit the PoulTree Rod.
