PoulTree Chicken Rod "The Perch" (DIY - No Skillet)

Made of marine-grade stainless steel, the shape and size of the PoulTree Chicken Rod are specifically designed to angle your chicken for a perfect roast with very moist meat and crispy skin. Most customers cook a whole chicken in about 50-55 minutes in their oven or BBQ with the PoulTree.

Instead of rotating the bird around a direct heat source like rotisserie, the PoulTree Perch allows for hot air convection currents to rotate around and through the bird similar to an air fryer. This gives your roasted chicken an amazing flavor with crispy brown skin on all sides. It's "No-Tisserie chicken!"

The stainless steel rod is corrosive resistant and will not rust. It may get a bit darker or blacken over-time, but it will be perfectly functional with thousands of uses. It will not bend or distort due to high temperatures. See notes here below:

One (1) single stainless steel suspension rod - "The Perch"

One (1) metal reamer - Used for slightly enlarging the skillet handle hole

One (1) silicone heat sleeve for handles (rated for 500º F)

* OPTION details and notes for existing skillet owners:
You will likely need to widen the hole in your own cast iron or similar metal skillet with a hole in the handle. The provided reamer tool will allow you to widen the hole on an existing iron skillet pan to fit the PoulTree Chicken Rod into the handle yourself as needed. The PoulTree Chicken Rod is designed to fit in the 10.25" Lodge Iron Skillet or a brand new 12" Lodge Skillet with the hole in the handle opening, either reamed or drilled to 3/8" diameter so it can fit the PoulTree Chicken Rod.
